Upload CSV

If your e-commerce platform isn't included in our list, you can still get your shipments imported. Our ShipShop CSV file format allows you to upload your shipments via file upload.

API

Fully automate your integration with ShipShop by using our API. To ensure the accuracy of your shipments, you must verify all information before importing. Incorrect information can lead to postage adjustments, shipping delays, undeliverable shipments, and additional administrative fees. Our import tools offer a quick and convenient solution, however, as the shipper, it is your responsibility to make sure the correct weights and dimensions, including the packaging weight, are declared for each of your SKUs. To avoid any issues, make sure to include the packaging weight in the total weight for your shipment.
